MIND • BODY • FEELING

You're not
the problem.

Insecure, outspoken or labelled ‘too much’? You don't have to shrink yourself here. Come as you are, even if you don't know what you need yet. We work with your body and your patterns, and discover together what you want more room for.

HOW I WORK

We start with you.
The rest follows.

I work with a wide range of approaches. A lot overlaps. You don't have to pick a technique: we start with what's going on and adjust as we go. Personal, intuitive, with you.

01
When you're always switched on

Nervous system & regulation

An illustrated nerve cell with branches and a calm wave

Exhausted, restless or completely checked out? We use breath, attention and movement to recognise your stress responses and practise finding calm. You don't have to become some Zen person. Just start noticing what's happening inside you.

  • Recognising stress
  • Practising calm
  • Finding your feet
02
Your head gets it. Now your body.

Bodywork & embodiment

A woman with tattoos, piercings and shaved hair focusing on her chest and belly

Knowing your story is one thing. Feeling what it does to you is another. Through movement and attention, we explore tension, emotions and boundaries in your body. Embodiment means taking that into everyday life: sensing what you need and acting on it.

  • Body awareness
  • Feeling emotions
  • Setting boundaries
03
Room for movement and tension

TRE & somatic release

TRE — Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises — uses exercises that can invite natural trembling, often in your legs. Somatic release also makes room for other physical responses. We build up gently; you don't have to force anything out.

  • Body-based exercises
  • Natural tremors
  • Without forcing it
04
Paying attention to what's going on inside

EFT & emotional work

A woman with tattoos and piercings doing EFT tapping at her collarbone and hand

EFT means gently tapping specific points on your face and upper body while naming what you feel or believe. Including that stubborn ‘I'm not good enough’. We explore your response and practise different words and beliefs, without trying to fool yourself.

  • Tapping
  • Naming emotions
  • Exploring beliefs
05
A moment to slow down

Breathwork

Reeds and flowing wind illustrating breathwork

Holding your breath. Breathing high in your chest. Pushing through all day. In breathwork, you consciously change your breathing rhythm and notice what it does to your body and emotions. We use focused exercises that fit you; deeper and harder isn't the goal.

  • Conscious breathing
  • Noticing tension
  • Slowing down
06
You don't need a quiet mind.

Meditation & attention

A woman with locs, earrings and tattoos meditating

Meditation means practising where you put your attention, even when your mind goes everywhere. I use awareness, visualisation and practising different thoughts and feelings. Joe Dispenza inspires my own meditation practice; I bring my experience, while his spiritual explanations aren't established science.

  • Training attention
  • Visualisation
  • Seeing patterns
07
Stillness and personal experience

Energy work

Two hands with abstract lines of attention and warmth between them

I used to think this was woo-woo. Energy work, including Reiki, is now part of my approach: time for attention, stillness and your experience. We talk about what we're doing and any touch involved. You don't have to believe in it to be curious.

  • Reiki
  • Stillness
  • Room for scepticism
08
How your inner world and body connect

Internal Alchemy

Internal Alchemy brings together bodywork, emotions, meditation and energy work. It's a foundation of my own development. We explore what keeps coming up and which exercise fits that moment. No fixed route you have to obediently follow.

Getting curious through movement

Fascia movement

An arm with an enlarged study of connective tissue

Fascia is the connective tissue that surrounds your muscles, among other things. Through gentle stretches and movement, you discover how your body moves and where you notice tension. No perfect pose. You move within what feels manageable and comfortable for you.

  • Connective tissue
  • Gentle stretching
  • Room to move
10
Movement, breath and attention together

Qigong

A woman with tattoos and shaved hair practising qigong

Qigong combines slow, repeated movements with breath and attention. You practise balance and conscious movement. Good if you want to slow down but don't fancy just sitting still on a cushion.

  • Gentle movement
  • Breath & attention
  • Balance
11
The less comfortable parts are welcome too

Shadow work & self-inquiry

A woman with short hair, tattoos and piercings facing her own shadow

That reaction you hate. Jealousy you push away. A pattern you keep falling back into. In shadow work, we use conversation and reflection to explore what you'd rather not look at. Looking honestly, without tearing yourself apart.

  • Recognising patterns
  • Honest reflection
  • Less self-judgement
12
From insight to everyday life

1-to-1 coaching

Two different chairs with room for a conversation

Where are you getting stuck? Where do you say yes when you feel no? In coaching, we talk about what's really going on and practise making different choices. Conversation and bodywork overlap. You don't have to tidy up your story first.

  • Personal support
  • Boundaries & choices
  • Practical exercises
13
Small things you can keep doing

Routines, journaling & integration

An insight is great. Being able to do something with it on a hectic Tuesday is what integration is about. We use writing, reflection and small daily exercises to take what you learn into your life. Doable in your world, even when it's messy.

Taking care of the basics

Nutrition & holistic lifestyle

A loose mix of fruit and vegetables

Food, movement, rest and sleep: we look at the whole picture and what you can actually sustain. You don't have to make your life perfect. My study of detox is part of my background; I'm not promising to magically make toxins disappear.

  • Nutrition
  • Rest & movement
  • Doable choices
15
Building trust in what you can do

Personal training & strength

A hand holding a heavy dumbbell

Training together, with attention to technique and a progression that fits you. I bring my background in strength training and powerlifting. You can have ambition and start again. We work towards your goals from where you are now.

  • Strength training
  • Technique
  • Personal progression

Your story. Your boundaries. No pressure to perform.
